  1. Am I in the mood for warm or cold food?
  2. What color food do I need?
  3. Do I want something light and cool or warming and dense?
  4. How do I want to feel after eating?
  5. Do I need to eat for energy or cell nourishment or both or something else?
  6. What minerals will support me most right now?
  7. How can I slow down and be more present when I eat?
