I believe that SVT (Supraventricular Tachycardia) is not the core problem, but rather a message—a symptom pointing toward deeper imbalances within the body, mind, and spirit.
True healing begins when we look beyond the symptom and uncover the root causes—nutritional, emotional, and spiritual patterns that are asking for attention and alignment.

My Approach

This coaching experience is designed to help you explore and heal your SVT from the deepest layers possible. Together, we will uncover what your SVT is trying to teach you, so you can nurture the parts of yourself calling for balance, care, and reconnection.

I combine my expertise as an Integrative Health Coach, Spiritual Coach, and intuitive guide to support you through all dimensions of your healing journey—physical, nutritional, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
