Food and SVT are intricately connected. I want to introduce you to lifestyle medicine for SVT management and prevention. One aspect of this, is a core theory that I have been working on for several years, called The SVT-GUT connection. Your doctors have good intentions. They give you their best advice which is the traditional, medical perspective in treating Supraventricular Tachycardia. However, they don’t address the integrative options, lifestyle medicine or how you possess the power to change the direction of your health and frequency of your SVT and related symptoms. These aspects are likely never discussed or explored at your medical appointments.

The support I received to transition easily to this new diet, plus the consistent reward of living without any of my previous symptoms convinced me that this was a breakthrough that I had to share with my SVT community.
