Hey Friends, Its Jan 2013 and I have not had gluten since Last year Feb 2012 when I had my last SVT. I am happy to report that I have NOT had another SVT since cutting Gluten completely out of my diet last year. Hopefully I will cross the 1 year mark without one…but regardless…for those of you suffering daily, weekly, monthly, I am here to say that removing Gluten from your diet may drastically reduce the frequency of your SVT’s. It did for me…
In case you are thinking…its impossible to cut out gluten….it clearly is not….I LOVED pasta more than the average person. I was addicted to pizza, pasta, bread, cookies, you name it….In fact, as I am only human, my mouth can still water at the thought of a nice cheese pizza….BUT…I guess when you get to the point that I am at…when I KNOW FOR SURE that eating that pizza results in putting a toxic burden on my heart….I happily have learned to live without it….because what I live with instead, is the power and knowledge that I am doing everything within my control to support my health….and guess what….they make GF pizza…or better yet, make your own….Life goes on with millet bread, rice wraps, GF pancakes, and so many other yummy options….Is 2013 your year to give up gluten??? Why not give it a try to see if it makes you feel better!!! Happy New Year!!
