I love to share my Heal SVT Naturally SVT prevention recipes. These are all the things that I make for myself on a daily and weekly basis..Hope you get inspired!
- 1 Ripe Banana or more, I generally use 1 per person
- 1/2-1 cup wild organic frozen blueberries
- 6 walnuts
- 1/2 hemp milk
- 1/2-1 cup water
- tablespoon honey
- 1 cup organic baby spinach (frozen)
- 1 serving UDO’s fish oil blend
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender..enjoy;)
