Food and SVT: From my SVT Prevention Kitchen…

I love to share my Heal SVT Naturally SVT prevention recipes. These are all the things that I make for myself on a daily and weekly basis..Hope you get inspired!

  • 1 Ripe Banana or more, I generally use 1 per person
  • 1/2-1 cup wild organic frozen blueberries
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1/2 hemp milk
  • 1/2-1 cup water
  • tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup organic baby spinach (frozen)
  • 1 serving UDO’s fish oil blend

Blend ingredients in a high speed blender..enjoy;)
