Roasted Vegetables are so easy to make and will help you increase your vitamins and minerals necessary for SVT Prevention
Look in your fridge for any leftover veggies that you have on hand. Wash them, cut into large rustic style chunks and put them on a baking tray. drizzle with olive oil, salt, dulse flakes and the seasoning of your choice. Roast on 350 for about 1 hour. Easy, low maintenance and delish!
