One of my new favorite smoothies for SVT prevention!

This is so easy to make and a staple in my SVT prevention Kitchen!

  • 2 Frozen Bananas (peel before you freeze)
  • 1 Regular peeled banana
  • 1-2 cups frozen washed baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon mediclear plus protein poweder by thorne
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • aprox 1 cup organic rice milk
  • Blend, and enjoy!

This is a great smoothie for kids. It’s sweet, packed with spinach which is high in antioxidants and contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium (all great to support your heart function!) and sooo easy to make! Don’t be afraid to experiment with smoothies, there is no wrong…just use a banana base, your non dairy milk of choice and play around from there!!!
