Roasted Sweet Potato Fries by Laura Madrigano (naturally Gluten Free)
A Healthy side dish for lunch or dinner. Kid friendly!
- Sweet Potatoes, White Sweet Potatoes (I used 3)
- Coarse Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Dulse Flakes
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Parsley Flakes
- Cayenne Pepper
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peel and slice up 3+ sweet potatoes. ( I slice them chunky). Arrange them on a baking sheet. Drizzle Olive Oil over the top and season with the above seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Toss several times while baking. Low Broil for last 5 minutes to crisp up. Add extra sea salt if desired before serving.
