Instant Cold Compress

Since ICE is very helpful in converting out of an SVT, I find these instant cold compresses useful and recommend keeping them handy in the car, at the office and during travel. Obviously real ICE is ideal as it will likely last longer etc, but in a pinch or an emergency these are useful.
