Bright Green Smoothie for SVT Prevention
I start my day, almost every day, with a large smoothie. In today’s smoothie I kept it super simple….This one has:
- Ripe bananas ( one per person)
- Large handful 1-2 cups of frozen baby spinach
- Local honey about 1 tablespoon
- Your milk alternative of choice. This one has Rice Dream but I don’t use that anymore. Now I recommend using almond milk, or any other milk substitute you like.
Buy a large bag of pre-washed organic baby spinach and just keep it in the freezer for when you need it. Lasts at least 2 months. Use a small amount daily and replace bag as needed.
